I do a slightly more hardcore version of the atkins diet. I stay in the induction phase for 2 months and continue doing hard cardio. I should be able to lost 20+ lbs very quickly before summer.

I eat 40-60 carbs a day and 1250 calories. I’ve lost 85lbs in just over a year.

Cutting carbs is what bodybuilders do to get shredded. It’s the only way to get that 5% body fat look.
So yes, they work.
