You should only intake 2-3 servings of fish a week because of the mercury content. And don’t think you’re getting omega 3s from farm-raised fish. Wild Atlantic salmon are probably you’re best bet.
Bonus: Mercury is deadly to the brain. In fact, it accumulates and causes disorders/diseases like Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Because you don’t have much animal protein in your diet, I would suggest that you see a health professional before you continue this.

“You are not losing fat because you are not eating enough food” is bogus. Autopsies of humans and animals that died of starvation repeatedly note the virtual absense of body fat.
Or the other way around: If eating not enough food keeps you from losing fat then we should stop sending food to children in third world countries, as this should keep them from starving to death, right?
Of course if you starve to death you will have virtually no body fat. She is talking about sending your body into starvation mode so that when you do eat, you store fat. Eating less frequently kills your metabolism. She is talking about people who have access to food and chose not to eat for extended periods of time, then when they do eat, they balloon up because they’ve sent their body into storing fat mode.
Alright, let’s say you need to eat 2700 cal per day to maintain your weight. You decide to have it all in one sitting at 11 pm. Do you think you would gain weight because of that? No, because you can’t create energy out of nowhere. And fat is nothing but stored energy.
The problem is that the body is very complex. Theoretically caloric intake is caloric intake. But your body consists of hormones, blood sugar levels, etc. The digestive system is immensely complicated, and your metabolism is incredibly complicated. If you eat only once a day at night, your blood sugar levels, hormonal balance and digestive system are going to take a beating. The key to weight loss is to supercharge your metabolism. Eat smaller portions more frequently helps your metabolism.
No, the key to weight loss is eating less energy than you burn. If what you said was true then a person eating over maintenance but in frequent, small portions should keep their weight or even lose some.
Not eating enough puts your body in starvation mode. The result is fat storage and muscle breakdown. Eventually your metabolism rebounds, you eat a ton of food and gain back all of the weight you lost and more.
Obviously if you’re literally starving to death, your body will consume everything that you have to spare, whether it’s muscle or fat.
Maybe you could make a video advocating the “Starve to Death Diet.” Death is the ultimate weight loss program.
There is no “starvation mode” as you describe it. As long as you are in a caloric deficit the body will burn fat. Search the net for “starvation mode myth”.
A healthy way of losing weight is by staying below your TDEE and above your BMR, while having a balanced nutrition.
No, you won’t. I was starving myself for over 5 years with some short breaks. AT the begining I lost 20kg in 4 months but with time, I could shift 0.5kg. I don’t eat sugar, no carbs, no sugary drinks, min. 1 h of exercising 7 x a week and my weigh wasn’t moving down.
I went to nutritionist, eat more, every 3h and exercise and I look the way I want to look. The natural fat like olive oil does help to burn your fat!
yeah…your body has a little brain of its own. it thinks you are not eating enough -_- pfff hahahaha ))) we live in a system based on excess; you dont need all that shiet food. move more – all fat problems are not food based but because ppl don’t move anymore!!! MOVE !
