cool007goose; the vids are of you, right? i just started this diet.. i wanna know do i do it and repeat it several times without taking breaks from it… orrr do i take breaks.. plz explain!
don’t want to sound indelicate here but I am trying to lose about the same amount of weight. How do I put this – did you have any problems with, excess skin. Not trying to be a smart aleck I just am concerned that in losing weight I might have that problem too.
hey, i’m interested but would it really work? I mean i dont weigh much.. i just need to lose a little bit but does it stay off? Or like other diets stay off while ur on the diet then come back 10fold later on -.-..?
I only need to lose about 6-7 pounds.. Not much as i said… But it would be a nice help.
sure it did work 4 me and it can work for anyone but the thing is that weight loss is not a decision u make one day and it’s done u have to decide everyday at every single meal and every single time u exercise or take a walk………..it is a decision u make everyday until u reach your goal………..Good luck!!

Ana, first 5 pounds are water weight and u have lost 3 pounds of fat as well….remember losing water weight is the first step to fat loss… a bloated person can never lose weight so u are off to a good start and now your body is ready to lose more fat …..it should actually encourage u that u are able to see good results…..keep up the good work!!
No, I m afraid no. For men it should be minimum 1400 cals and for women it should be 1200 cals and that is the healthy way to do any diet…..the problem is people don’t realize that no diet is unhealthy itself it’s the way u do it……..all diets who work fast can be healthy at the same time ……….There is a right way of doing things and there is a wrong way so right information is crucial……Moderation is the best policy for anything in life!! Good luck!!

Same here 15 years and 195 lb ,6ft and i was wondering if i only consume like 400 calories a day is that healthy?
